HOST the world's biggest international hospitality trade fair, owes its success to its traditional knack of perceiving, interpreting and presenting the market trends in this industry. The event was held at the recently constructed Milan Trade Fair (in RHO) from October 19-23, 2007. Among the many participants were major coffee producers, importers and roasters, along with the leading manufacturers of machinery for the various processing stages of coffee. COVIM Caffé was present at the frequently visited Pavillion no. 9 attracting many visitors and once again confirming its unsurpassed quality of coffee.
