Covim’s headquarters are in Genova. The firm is organised into business offices and large warehouses, from where distribution for the coffee-café channel is done. The plant is located 25 kilometres from the head office, and houses the roasting and packaging facilities with a highly modern system for global control of production cycles and quality control. In addition, despatching for the large-scale distribution and vending channels, for Italy and abroad is performed there.
